LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) - Police say a woman was seriously injured after her car and a tractor-trailer collided on a highway in New Hampshire.

It happened at about 4 p.m. Monday in Londonderry. Police say the 35-year-old woman was hit by the tractor-trailer as she was exiting Interstate 93 and getting on Route 28.

She was taken to Elliot Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Her identity has not been released.

WMUR-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1DL0fkf ) Route 28 southbound was shut down for a time, but had reopened by about 8 p.m.
