HILLCREST, N.Y. (AP) - Three men have been arrested in connection with the slashing of three people outside a house party in suburban New York.

Police say it happened in Hillcrest around 12:15 a.m. Sunday. Two of the victims required surgery for serious wounds.

According to the Journal News (https://lohud.us/1MwaZej ), the incident erupted after the suspects crashed a party at a home on Hillside Drive.

Bradley Tony Lauture, of Spring Valley, was charged with allegedly possessing a semi-automatic .9mm hand gun.

Noe Valcin, of Monsey, and Jeremiah Ellie, of Nanuet, were both charged with gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

Ramapo Detective Lt. Mark Emma says a preliminary investigation indicated bad relations between the two groups.

It wasn’t immediately clear if the suspects had lawyers.
