BENNINGTON, Vt. (AP) - A 35-year-old state worker is set to be arraigned on charges that she sold heroin to buyers that police believe she met in her job as a child support specialist.

Kacey Caprari of North Adams, Massachusetts, was arrested Monday at the Office of Child Support, within the state office complex in Bennington. She was held overnight on $5,000 bail and is expected to be arraigned at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Police say the investigation by authorities in Vermont, New York and Massachusetts suggests that she met buyers through her position.

It could not immediately be learned if Caprari has a lawyer.
