DENVER (AP) - Authorities have released the name of a woman whose body was pulled from the South Platte River after she slipped from her inner tube.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office identified the woman Tuesday as 60-year-old Rose Mary Morgan, of Golden. Morgan was tubing with her husband Saturday when she fell into the river.

The Denver Post reports (https://goo.gl/4Rt0x5 ) she was pulled from the water by a group of kayakers, who were unable to resuscitate her. Neither Morgan nor her husband was wearing a life preserver.
