LUCEDALE, Miss. (AP) - The case against a George County woman charged with three counts of DUI causing death in a crash that killed three people is headed to a grand jury.

The Sun Herald reports (https://bit.ly/1Mt6YX7 ) Kimberlie E. Dailey waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday and the judge sent the case to the grand jury. Dailey is being held on $1 million bond.

Each count carries a maximum sentence of 25 years.

Authorities say Dailey’s vehicle collided head on with another vehicle in May on a George County road.

Authorities say 44-year-old James Andrew Powell Jr.; 36-year-old April Eugene Livingston; and 69-year-old Donna Faye Powell died from injuries in the crash. All three were George County residents and traveling in the same vehicle.

Dailey was treated and released for minor injuries.
