DETROIT (AP) - Officials are expected to announce the relocation of a Detroit media company to a renovated building downtown.

Real Times Media and the Michigan Chronicle will move to a new corporate headquarters in Harmonie Park.

Chronicle Publisher Hiram Jackson will release details Wednesday morning in Harmonie Park.

The Detroit News reported last week that the Chronicle’s current building just north of downtown was sold earlier this year.

The African-American newspaper began publishing in 1936.
