NEW YORK (AP) - Two people are recovering after an ambulette crashed into a fence in Queens.

It happened around 9 p.m. Thursday in Flushing outside of Queens Booth Memorial Hospital.

The FDNY says the van lost control, hit a car and crashed into a fence down an embankment.

A driver and passenger were hospitalized with minor injuries.

It’s unclear what caused the crash.

No charges have been filed.
