President Obama’s eldest daughter is working as an intern on the New York City set of HBO’s “Girls,” a source close to the production told Us Weekly.

Malia Obama, who turned 17 on the Fourth of July, has already been spotted in Brooklyn with actress Lena Dunham, delivering coffee for the cast and crew and helping to keep the public away from the set, the magazine reported.

“She’s a fan, and she mentioned that to Lena [Dunham] when she came to the White House,” the source said. “I’m not sure how long she’ll be interning for. It’s a bit of a trial thing for her. They’ve known each other and discussed for a while. Lena and her get along great.”

It wasn’t clear if Malia did any work or would appear in an episode.

Last summer, the first daughter worked as a production assistant for Halle Berry’s CBS show “Extant.”

She also currently has an internship at a fashion house and is set to graduate from private Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., next year, a source told Us Weekly.
