PHOENIX (AP) - Phoenix fire crews are investigating a fire that broke out in a Safeway grocery store while dozens of shoppers and employees were inside.

KSAZ-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1G30BCr ) that at least 30 firefighters responded to the fire Sunday. Phoenix Fire spokesman Aaron Ernsberger says the blaze appears to be deliberate.

The flames started in the toilet paper aisle and caused the store to fill with smoke. About 60 customers and employees had to be evacuated from the building.

Fire officials say everyone got out safely.

Investigators are looking for two people captured on surveillance cameras that were seen in the area of the fire.
