PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Authorities say one man has been arrested and another is being sought in a shotgun shooting that injured seven people in Philadelphia last month.

Police said Tuesday that 36-year-old Dennis Tindal faces seven counts of aggravated assault, conspiracy and related offenses.

Investigators allege that he was involved in an altercation with three males on June 22 in Kensington and left, vowing to return.

They allege that he later did so with another man to whom he had given a shotgun, and shots injured seven people ranging in age from 3 to 46, two critically.

A $10,000 reward is being offered for the arrest of the second man.

A listed number for Tindal couldn’t be found Tuesday; it was unclear whether he had an attorney who could respond to the charges.
