JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Jacksonville law officials are worried about a weekend spate of guns stolen during car burglaries.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says an M-4 carbine and a .45 caliber handgun were stolen from an FBI agent’s car over the weekend. Six other handguns were stolen from other cars over the weekend. Officers say most of the cars were unlocked.

The Florida Times-Union reports (https://bit.ly/1HKcClE ) that the guns are being stolen citywide. In April, 69 guns were stolen from cars in the city.
