AUBURN, N.Y. (AP) - Police say a man was killed in central New York when his motorcycle collided with a sport utility vehicle.

The crash happened just before 5 p.m. Monday in Auburn. Police say the SUV was trying to make a turn when it collided with 35-year-old Nathan Switzer’s motorcycle.

The Auburn resident was rushed to Auburn Community Hospital, where he died.

The SUV’s driver and passenger weren’t injured.

No charges have been filed in the crash.
