ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - A state office building in Albany unused for a decade is reopening.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for Tuesday at the Harriman Campus for the rehabilitated Building Five.

The building dates to 1961 and has been unused since 2004.

Building 5 will be the new home of the Office of General Service’s Business Services Center, which streamlines administrative functions for state agencies.
