WASHINGTON (AP) - The annual Capital Fringe Festival is beginning in Washington.

The festival begins Thursday and runs through July 26 with additional performances July 29 through Aug. 2. The performing arts festival, which started in 2006, includes theater, dance, music and visual art performances.

More than 100 groups are performing.
