SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - United Airlines’ operations are returning to normal in Salt Lake City after problems with the airline’s computer system nationwide.

Airport spokeswoman Bianca Shreeve says travelers at Salt Lake City International Airport experienced some delays during an approximately 90-minute period Wednesday before the problem was fixed at about 7:30 a.m.

It is the second time in two months that the carrier has been hit by major technical issues.

The Chicago company had halted all takeoffs in the U.S. on June 2 due to what the airline described as computer automation issues.
