LAS VEGAS (AP) - Nevada Highway Patrol says the 36-year-old man who led them on a 45-minute high-speed chase from Las Vegas to Boulder City and back again, injuring three troopers, could face multiple charges after being arrested Tuesday.

The agency identified the driver of the stolen black Chevy Tahoe as Cody Lavin.

No other information about Lavin was provided and it wasn’t immediately clear if he was represented by a lawyer.

Troopers say Lavin was arrested on possible charges of stealing a car, stealing other property, injuring three officers and possessing a gun despite having a prior felony record.

The chase started Tuesday afternoon when a trooper pulled over Lavin for speeding.
