HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) - Police are investigating whether a reported female brawl at closing time in the parking lot of a Hattiesburg club may have triggered a deadly Sunday morning shooting.

Police spokesman Lt. Jon Traxler said Jabarri Goudy, 17, of Collins, was shot outside Club Memories. He was taken to Forrest General Hospital by private vehicle. He later died at the hospital.

Traxler said the fight between the females “may be related to this and may have caused this.” Traxler said police want to talk to those involved.

According to multiple media reports, Forrest County Deputy Coroner Lisa Klem said an autopsy performed at the State Crime Lab in Jackson showed Goudy had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Four people have been arrested in connection to Goudy’s death.

Police charged Arthur Jones Jr., 23, of Gulfport, with murder. Jones is being held on a $500,000 bond set Wednesday during an initial court appearance.

Keith Lee, 33 of Gulfport, is charged accessory after the fact of murder. Keith’s bond was set at $250,000 and a hold was placed on him by the Mississippi Department of Corrections for being out on parole from a previous felony conviction.

Montrelle Lee, 34 of Gulfport, is charged with hindering prosecution. Montrelle’s bond was set at $100,000 and a hold was placed on him by the corrections officials for being out on parole from a previous felony conviction.

A fourth suspect, Nijah Gray-Lane, 21 of Biloxi, is charged with hindering prosecution and bond was set at $50,000.

It is not known if the four have attorneys.
