BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. (AP) - National Endowment for the Arts chairwoman Jane Chu is spending a day visiting Michigan.

The Michigan Arts Council is hosting Monday’s visit, which includes a tour of Cranbrook Art Museum in Bloomfield Hills and a stop at Mosaic Youth Theatre in Detroit.

During the suburban Detroit museum stop, Chu will attend a presentation about Cranbrook’s education programs.

During the second stop, Chu will discuss Mosaic’s partnership with University Prep Science and Math Elementary School and attend a brief performance.
