VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - A nonprofit that provides tissue grafts and organ donation services plans to add about 160 jobs in Virginia Beach.

LifeNet Health attributes the expansion to increased demand for its services. The company tells media outlets that it will employ nearly 900 people by the end of the year.

Executive vice president Douglas Wilson says about half of the new jobs will be in production and logistics. Other new positions include research and marketing.

LifeNet has three facilities in Virginia Beach, including its corporate offices.
