GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) - A man has been charged with burglarizing a Great Falls church.

The Great Falls Tribune reports (https://gftrib.com/1AJuvQn ) officers responded early Monday to a call of glass breaking at Our Saviors Lutheran Church.

A police report says a man holding a bag ran and tripped a security alarm. A search found 26-year-old Eric Robert Haas, who told police he was the lookout as his friend broke the window.

Charging documents say Haas told authorities the friend had suggested the burglary as a way to make quick money.

Haas has been charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief.

He is to be arraigned on Monday. The friend had not been arrested by early Monday afternoon.
