SANFORD, Fla. (AP) - A former longtime assistant football coach at Seminole High School and another man have died after a shooting in east Orange County outside Orlando.

The Orlando Sentinel (https://bit.ly/1SPplbe ) reports the shooting took place just before 2 a.m. Sunday. Authorities say they believe the shooting was a drug transaction. 37-year-old Ronald Moore and an unidentified man were pronounced dead at the scene. Moore’s father was also injured. Authorities have not identified the other man who died.

Ronald Moore was a long-time assistant football coach at Seminole High School, most recently supervising defensive linemen. He played defensive tackle at Northwestern Oklahoma State and was picked in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers, but only played one game due to injuries.
