MIAMI (AP) - South Beach’s historic Clinton Hotel has been sold for $28.5 million.

Think Hotel Group is the new owner of the 88-room boutique hotel. The deal was announced Friday.

The new owners are planning to renovate the hotel, which was built in 1934 along Miami’s most famous beaches.

Think Hotel Group’s also owns the Boulan South Beach Hotel, South Beach Hotel, the Plymouth Hotel and Ansonia House. The latter two are under renovation.
