SEATTLE (AP) - If police are looking for you, you might not want to be driving a car with vanity plates featuring your last name.

Seattle police say that’s what helped them spot a 39-year-old man sought in a gas station shooting that wounded another man after an argument.

Two officers on patrol Friday afternoon in south Seattle spotted the car, pulled it over and took the man into custody.

The shooting victim, who was shot in the face Tuesday, remains in Harborview Medical Center.
