INDIAN CREEK, W.Va. (AP) - Authorities say the bodies of two boys who went missing in Indian Creek in Summers County have been recovered.

The Division of Natural Resources tells media outlets that 13-year-old Gabriel Gerald Cantrell and his brother, 12-year-old Allan Michael Cantrell, were swimming with family at the mouth of Indian Creek in the Bluestone Wildlife Management area when a current pulled them under about 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

The DNR says the neither boy was wearing a flotation device.

The brothers were from Mingo County.
