FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - Authorities say a 29-year-old woman drowned after she was tossed from a raft on the Poudre River west of Fort Collins.

The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says rescue crews were called to the scene Sunday evening after the raft overturned and threw seven people into the fast-moving river. The coroner’s office identified the victim Monday as Caela Ann DeCarr, of Fort Collins.

All of the people in the non-commercial raft were wearing helmets and life vests at the time of the accident.
