CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Wholesale fuel distributor CrossAmerica Partners says it plans to acquire the One Stop convenience store chain in West Virginia.

CrossAmerica says in a news release that the acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter. The company didn’t provide details of the deal.

Charleston-based One Stop operates 41 stores in the state. CrossAmerica said Monday that the acquisition also includes four commission agent sites, a freestanding franchised quick service restaurant and nine dealer fuel supply agreements.

CrossAmerica Partners of Allentown, Pennsylvania, distributes fuel to more than 1,100 locations. The company also owns or leases more than 750 sites in 21 states.
