NEW YORK (AP) - A 28-year-old New York City man has been arrested in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy in the Bronx last month.
Authorities say Travis Bloch has been charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in the May 22 killing of Christopher Duran.
Police say Duran was seen arguing with three others before the shooting. Investigators say he was shot several times in the abdomen and head. He died at the scene.
Authorities say Bloch was arrested in Binghamton over the weekend for selling marijuana.
Bloch also faces attempted murder charges in a May 16 shooting.
Bloch’s attorney couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
Investigators are still seeking a 16-year-old suspect in the killing.
He’s being held without bail.
