TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police say a 24-year-old man has been jailed after the fatal stabbing of his brother in northwest Ohio.

Toledo Police Sgt. Tim Campbell says authorities received reports of a stabbing around 1 a.m. Tuesday in Toledo. Police say 37-year-old Tony Wilson suffered from a stab wound and was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Twenty-four-year-old Donald Christon, identified by police as Wilson’s brother, was arrested and taken to the Lucas County jail. Campbell says he’s charged with murder in Wilson’s death.

Campbell says there was a dispute between the two men leading up to the incident, but that it wasn’t clear what it was regarding.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Christon had an attorney.
