FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) - Fredericksburg police have arrested a second juvenile on charges stemming from two fatal stabbings during a fight.

Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe said Wednesday that the 17-year-old Spotsylvania County male is charged with assault by mob.

Police charged a 15-year-old male earlier with two counts of first-degree murder.

Both teenagers are being held at the Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center.

Bledsoe says 28-year-old Anthony Carter of Albany, Georgia, and 30-year-old Mac Hughes of Portsmouth were stabbed during a fight between a group of teenagers and a group of adults. Both men died later died at Mary Washington Hospital.

A 30-year-old Stafford man also was stabbed. He is expected to survive.

The fight began around 2:10 a.m. Sunday in a parking lot outside a restaurant at the Greenbrier Shopping Center.
