Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove tells WLOX-TV in Biloxi (https://bit.ly/1R9h0LY ) the boaters were reported missing around 11:00 p.m. When sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, they found a truck and an empty trailer, but no sign of the boaters.

The Marine Patrol and Coast Guard found a small skiff vessel capsized about 200 yards west of the Merlin Necaise Boat Launch. The bodies were found Wednesday morning.

Hargrove identified the boaters as 51-year-old Alphonze Dedeaux of Pass Christian and 56-year-old Gerald Ellis of Pass Christian.
