PORT ORCHARD, Wash. (AP) - A Bremerton man who lost his license for causing a 2010 crash that killed a 6-month old boy has been sentenced to four years in prison for causing another wreck in January.

The Kitsap Sun reports (https://bit.ly/1ITkwIr ) that the most recent crash left the other driver with a head injury.

Sidney Wright was attempting to pass several cars on a blind curve in January when he struck an SUV head-on. Reports say he was travelling about 80 mph in a 45 mph zone. In the 2010 crash, he was texting his wife when he rear-ended a car that had stopped to make a left turn.

After the January crash, Wright ran away but a police dog found him hiding in the brush.

Wright pleaded guilty on June 1 to a vehicular assault charge and hit and run.
