RAWLINS, Wyo. (AP) - A substitute teacher at Saratoga High School has been sentenced to probation for giving marijuana to a student.

The Rawlins Times reports (https://bit.ly/1eN8c2p ) 52-year-old Gregory Bush was sentenced Monday to two years of supervised probation for a felony charge of delivering marijuana to a minor.

According to a Carbon County Sheriff’s Office affidavit, the case began after police received a call accusing Bush of molesting a minor in July 2014.

The victim told police Bush hadn’t touched him inappropriately but he had spent time at Bush’s home smoking marijuana. The victim said it had been his own decision to smoke marijuana.

Bush said he started inviting students to his house after he caught them smoking marijuana at school.

In court Monday, Bush said he felt remorse for his actions.
