MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Minot’s liquor ordinance has been amended to restrict the hours of operation for businesses with supper club licenses.

KXMC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1ST0hAd ) that the city council amended the liquor license ordinance Monday night.

The new ordinance says businesses with supper club licenses may only sell liquor for one hour after kitchen operations cease.

The rule also requires supper clubs to provide annual financial statements proving they meet the requirement that more than half of their business comes from food sales.
