MEDFORD, Ore. (AP) - Two men are pointing the finger at each other after both pleaded guilty to charges related to the stabbing death of an Ashland man in 2013.

The Medford Mail Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1KBnscI) the second of two men pleaded guilty Monday to charges related to restraining, fatally stabbing and then stealing jewelry from Frank Ronald Damiano.

Merlin Elmo Bound III pleaded guilty in court Monday. Othon Robert Campos Jr. admitting to the same charges in September, and was sentenced to a 25-year mandatory minimum sentence in exchange for testifying against Bound.

Bound appeared in court by teleconference and told Jackson County Circuit Judge Lorenzo Mejia that he participated in the crime, but that he didn’t kill Damiano.
