TIOGA, N.D. (AP) - A Tioga man is accused of two felonies after investigators say he hit his brother with a pickup and drove off.

Williams County Detective Caleb Fry tells KXMC-TV (https://bit.ly/1AIqsnB ) that 47-year-old Jeffery Moe allegedly fired a shotgun over the head of his brother following an argument and then used his pickup truck to ram him.

Moe is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. It is not clear if he has retained an attorney.

A preliminary hearing is slated for July 9.
