Timber Brown and half brother Jon Brown were killed June 13 at the York Township home. Three others were stabbed.

The group was traveling from Cheboygan County to the Michigan International Speedway. They became concerned about rain and stayed overnight with friends of friends.

Hall apologized during the hearing, saying “he snapped.”
