SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - A Scottsdale woman who police say performed a sex act on a 15-year-old boy at a bar mitzvah will be charged again, but in a different court.

KPNX-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1GqZKfc) that 33-year-old Lindsey Radomski will be arraigned next month in Scottsdale City Court on 18 misdemeanor counts.

The charges include public sexual indecency with contact and contributing to the delinquency of a child.

A Maricopa County grand jury found earlier this month insufficient evidence to indict Radomski.

Police allege the yoga instructor invited several boys into a bedroom at a bar mitzvah last March and flashed her breasts. She then allegedly performed a sex act on one boy.

Radomski’s attorney, Jocquese Blackwell, says she was drugged and plans to plead not guilty.

The Scottsdale City Attorney’s office declined to comment.
