FERRISBURGH, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont prosecutor says she’ll review the final state police report before deciding if additional charges will be filed against the driver who struck and killed a 60-year-old bicyclist.

The Burlington Free Press reports (https://bfpne.ws/1GAFc7b ) that Addison County Deputy State’s Attorney Ashley Hill says her office will determine whether there is sufficient evidence to file criminal charges against 36-year-old Holly Gonyeau of Ferrisburgh.

The crash just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday killed 60-year-old Kenneth Najarian of Charlotte, who was riding his bicycle on Greenbush Road. He was a well-known radiologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center.

The night of the crash, Gonyeau was charged with driving under the influence - a misdemeanor.

Police say both she and Najarian were traveling southbound when the accident occurred.
