BOISE, Idaho (AP) - Officials are investigating after the body of a man who is a suspect in a Boise Police Department arson investigation was found in a submerged vehicle in Arrowrock Reservoir.

Boise County Chief Deputy Dale Rogers tells the Idaho Statesman (https://bit.ly/1IYw9hb ) that two men spotted a Dodge pickup truck underwater while paddle boarding in the reservoir Sunday afternoon.

Deputies used a tow cable to pull the vehicle out and they found the body. Rogers says the body had been submerged more than a week.

Deputies identified the man as a suspect in a Boise arson case. The coroner will notify next of kin before releasing the identity of the man.
