OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - The man arrested after the death of Oklahoma City sportscaster Bob Barry Jr. has made his first court appearance.

Twenty-six-year-old Gustavo Castillo Gutierrez said nothing during his appearance by video link in Oklahoma County District Court Monday. The judge approved a probable cause affidavit and Gutierrez was returned to the Oklahoma County jail.

Court records do not list an attorney for Gutierrez.

Gutierrez was arrested Saturday on complaints of manslaughter, making an illegal U-turn, causing an accident without a driver’s license and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Police say Barry was killed after crashing his motor scooter into Gutierrez’s vehicle when Gutierrez made a U-turn on a city street.
