BELOIT, Wis. (AP) - Police say they’ve arrested a suspect in the stabbing death of a 51-year-old man whose body was found in a Beloit parking lot.

The Beloit Police Department identified the victim in a news release Sunday as David A. Banks of Beloit.

Banks’ body was found Saturday. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s office determined after an autopsy that he died of a stab wound.

According to police, a 69-year-old Beloit man has been taken into custody. Police say they believe the suspect knew Banks.
