WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) - Four people, including a Worcester woman and her two sons, have pleaded not guilty in connection with a 2013 slaying.

Twenty-one-year-old Alexis Grajales pleaded not guilty to murder and weapons charges in the death of 28-year-old Igor Busanet Jr. Grajales is in prison for unrelated assault convictions.

The Telegram & Gazette (https://bit.ly/1TIANGd) reports 42-year-old Marlene Rios and her sons - 20-year-old Jordan Pizarro and 23-year-old Jose Pizarro - pleaded not guilty to accessory after the fact of homicide and witness intimidation. They were held until a Wednesday hearing.

A prosecutor said Rios helped Grajales get away after he shot Busanet. Witnesses say Busanet was shot in front of his young sons after he tried to break up a fight. The prosecutor asked the judge to order the suspects not to contact Busanet’s relatives, who reported being taunted.
