CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - Young West Virginians can learn about the arts and historic preservation at two free summer camps.

The Division of Culture and History will hold the Performing Arts Sampler for Kids June 29-July 2. The Historic Preservation Summer Camp will be held July 13-July 16. Both camps will be held in Charleston.

Up to 45 campers ages 8 to 16 will be accepted for the arts camp. Up to 20 students ages 10-12 will be accepted for the historic preservation camp. Preregistration is required for both camps.
