HARTFORD, Vt. (AP) - Vermont state police say a report of water being poured over a woman’s head in a McDonald’s parking lot led to four arrests.

Police say a car carrying several people pulled into the parking lot in Hartford Sunday night after one of the passengers passed out. The others were seen pouring water on her, prompting calls to police.

Officers say one of the men had money and bags of drugs hanging out of his pockets. He was charged with heroin possession. Two others were charged with providing false information to officers, and the car’s driver was charged with driving with a suspended license.
