LUSK, Wyo. (AP) - A Lusk woman is looking to sell her $900,000, 15-room bed-and-breakfast for only $150 and an essay.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (https://bit.ly/1LqDMjO ) that Dottie Bunn listed the Sager House a few years ago but found the price tag was prohibitive to most buyers. So instead, she has decided to give the property away.

Contests participants pay $150 for an entry and include a 300-word essay about why they want the Sager House. Bunn will sell between 5,000 and 6,000 entries, about $900,000 worth. She says some of the money will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

So far, the contest has 1,630 entries.

The 105-year-old house features hand-blown chandeliers, 14-karat-gold-washed wallpaper and hand-poured window. Bunn purchased the house 16 years ago and has renovated the property.
