COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - The heat goes on in South Carolina.

The National Weather Service has again issued a heat advisory in 16 counties along the coast and in the Pee Dee.

The advisory is in effect Tuesday from midday until early evening.

Forecasters say heat index readings could reach up to 113 along the south coast.

Cities included in the heat advisory area include Charleston, Florence, Hilton Head Island, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, North Charleston and Summerville,
