SHOSHONI, Wyo. (AP) - Flooding at Boysen Reservoir has forced the closure of many of the campsites in the Tough Creek Campground.

Officials at Boysen State Park are allowing visitors to temporarily camp in undesignated campsites in the Tough Creek area.

Park officials are requiring people camping in undesignated campsites to provide their own fire pans if they wish to have a campfire. Rock rings or fire pits are not allowed.

Water in Boysen Reservoir is receding slowly but park officials don’t expect the camping situation at Tough Creek to change soon.
