MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - Federal authorities say a Martinsburg man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for selling heroin that led to a fatal overdose.

The U.S. attorney’s office says that in April 2014, 36-year-old Keith A. Watson sold heroin that led to the death of a 37-year-old man. Watson pleaded guilty in March to aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin. He was sentenced Tuesday.

Watson agreed to the 10-year prison term as part of a plea deal.
