DERBY, Kan. (AP) - Four people are hurt after a pickup crashed through a dugout on a Derby baseball field shortly after a summer collegiate league game had finished.

According to Derby Police Chief Robert Lee, three players and the driver of the pickup were injured during the crash at Panther Field Tuesday night. The driver’s name has not been released.

Lee said crews worked into the night to remove the truck from the dugout and ensure the structure was structurally sound. He also said authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
