RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The Virginia Department of Transportation says all lanes of traffic have re-opened on Interstate 95 north of Richmond after a bus fire caused a 16-mile backup.

Despite the re-opening Friday, VDOT warned motorists they should expect delays.

All northbound lanes were closed around 9 a.m. because of the bus fire in Caroline County. Virginia State Police Sgt. Steve Vick says there were no reported injuries.
